Christian Pellizzari, an artist and designer from Treviso, born in 1981, was discovered and launched in 2010 by Giorgio Armani. His interest in fashion and the applied arts, deeply rooted since childhood, led him at an early age to move to Florence to pursue his studies at Polimoda. Following a internship in London, he relocated to Paris, where he initially collaborated with the prestigious maison Vionnet and subsequently with Jay Ahr. Drawing on his international experience, in 2010 Pellizzari launched his eponymous label in the French capital, establishing a distinctive and recognisable style. Having set aside a successful career in fashion design, in recent years he has devoted himself to experimentation and research within the field of applied arts. The natural world has always been a primary source of inspiration, particularly in its relationship with humankind. His work is deeply personal, characterised by a language that moves between tradition and innovation, with a particular focus on Murano glass, through which he reinterprets and reinvents a wholly new aesthetic, placing nature at the centre of his creative universe.

Ongaro & Fuga crafts luxury designer mirrors in the heart of Venice, epitomising the fusion of art and heritage. Founded in 1954 by Franco Fuga and his wife Tullia Ongaro, Ongaro & Fuga specialises in creating exquisite handcrafted Venetian mirrors that carry on the proud traditions of local craftsmanship. The roots of the Fuga family in the mirror-making industry date back to the mid-19th century and to Angelo Fuga, who was renowned for his exceptional skill in glass engraving and embellishment. Angelo started his journey in 1852, setting a high standard with his intricate techniques and masterful designs. His renowned 1862 work commissioned by the Museo Civico Artistico Industriale of Murano was one of the most celebrated engraved mirrors of the era, thus laying the foundation for the family’s legacy in this craft. Today, Ongaro & Fuga upholds these
time-honoured techniques, blending them with modern innovation under the guidance of the founders’ descendants. The passion for mirror-making is evident in every piece produced, with each mirror showcasing the meticulous process of glass cutting, elaborate engraving and silvering, all executed with extraordinary attention to detail.
